CommunicAsia2017, one of the region’s most prestigious conferences, was held successfully at Marina Bay Sands from 23 – 25 May 2017.
The CommunicAsia Summit focusses on key technologies such as Human Capital Analytics, Cloud & Big Data, Enterprise Mobility, Internet of Things, Cyber-Security, Smart Cities and Borderless Broadband. The Summit comprised a 3-day programme packed with power networking sessions, comprehensive thought leadership sharing with experts, peers and industry insights.
Asha Hemrajani, Principal Consultant at the Business Evaluation Centre, was one of the Keynote Speakers at this Summit and Chaired the Digital Talent Analytics Conference Track. She shared her insights on the definition of Human Capital Analytics, how successful Human Capital Analytics projects survive and thrive in organisations, and the key role Return on Investment (ROI) analysis plays in the effectiveness of Human Capital Analytics with the audience, which comprised senior Human Resources and IT professionals from the Asia Pacific region.
