Dr Jack Phillips, Founder and Chairman of the ROI Institute, was in Singapore this week and spoke at a breakfast briefing jointly hosted by the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore and the Business Evaluation Centre, the official partner of the ROI Institute.
Dr Phillips is a world-renowned expert on accountability, measurement and evaluation.
He explained to the audience how business impact and Return On Investment (ROI) may be credibly measured for internal projects, programmes and initiatives.
