Recurring Event Event Series: Project Management

Mastering Project Dynamics

September 13, 2023 @ 9:30 am - September 15, 2023 @ 5:00 pm

Corporate training Successful super woman

Learn to plan and manage projects, people and processes effectively, even if you’ve never run a project before!

Overview

Skills come by doing, not viewing. So here you’ll learn and try all you need to know to successfully run projects in just SIX modules, plus a bonus exercise on the last day to apply everything you learn.

Why this is Different

Unlike other project management courses you’ll gain practical insights and knowledge in BOTH Waterfall and Agile projects, as well as hybrid approaches and different ways you can plan and achieve success.

Our dynamic three-day classroom course gives you two days learning, in small teams, all the vital skills and knowledge of project planning, coordination and management with modules punctuated by six comprehensive exercises.

Then the third day of the course puts you and your teams on the spot. You will work independently, make decisions and apply everything you’ve learned to produce a real deliverable by the end of the day.

What You Will Become

When you’re done with this course, you’ll possess essential skills to effectively plan and manage small to medium-sized projects.

You’ll understand how to structure projects to align with senior management expectations, so you can showcase your competence, by providing informed advice and options at each stage.

Here’s what we’ll cover on this three day classroom course.
