Course Synopsis
The “Project Management: for Advanced Practitioners” is an intensive class covering all the topics and domains required for experienced project managers aiming to sit for the prestigious Project Management Professional PMP® examination offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). Presented by an experienced PMP® trainer, this course of lectures and team exercises fulfills the 35 training hours required as part of the PMI® exam eligibility.
By the end of this course you will have a full grasp of the PMP® exam, and subject to eligibility, will be equipped to attempt the exam.
What Has Changed since 2021?
Starting January 2021, the PMI® have completely revised their PMP® exam to take account of the emergence of new, credible ways of approaching projects, the maturity of advanced methodologies and frameworks such as Agile and Scrum, the widespread adoption of breakthrough communications and technologies to assist project teams, and the flexibility and accelerated approach of the modern workforce in the twenty first century world.
