Project Management: Launchpad
March 2 @ 9:30 am - March 3 @ 5:30 pm

Are your team working together as one?
A project team or group can lose momentum – or never gain it – if they’re all working as individuals and don’t know what to do. So let’s get everyone clued up, cooperative and on the same page to launch into projects together.
Course Synopsis
This course covers essential aspects everyone needs to know to plan and execute a project correctly for on–time and on–budget delivery, including the different ways a project may be configured such as Waterfall or Agile. Combining theory with practical exercises, his course is highly interactive with the class split into teams each planning projects.
By the end of this course, you will be able to plan and run a project, engage your team and build the confidence of senior management and stakeholders.
Who Should Attend?
This course is for new project managers as well as those who’ve practiced project management for a while. It is intended for people who have not had formal project management training, or those who would like to refresh their project management skills.
