Project Results with People: Engaging a Business Audience
June 28 @ 9:30 am - June 29 @ 5:00 pm

The spotlight is on you… Are you going to sink or swim?
At many points in our careers we’re going to be asked to give a speech or a presentation (there’s a difference). And how well we fare with this can often tip the balance towards an accepted sales proposal, the green light on project funding or simply increased confidence by your senior management.
Course Synopsis
This course will transform your presentation skills and capabilities for business presentations in all scenarios whether team, boardroom, client, keynote, shareholder or other speeches. Clarity, confidence and the speaker’s own personal style will be developed and recorded on video for review.
By the end of this course you will be able to prepare and present to executives, senior management and clients convincingly and compellingly.
Who Should Attend
Intended for corporate staff, executives and junior management, this course will transform your capabilities and enhance your skills to present professionally every time, and to discover and introduce your own, unique speaking style. With multiple opportunities to present to others in the class, “Engaging Your Audience” then is your chance to practice and improve your presentations.
Course Agenda
This course is presented in a blended learning format. Approximately two weeks prior to the course a kick-off teleconference call will introduce the main course agenda and assign attendees with a pre-work assignment ready for the course. This is followed by two-full-day intensive classroom workshop where all the principal skills are taught and practised. After the course, attendees will return to their workplaces where they will be able to use their skills in real-life situations. A few weeks later, a final teleconference call will be held for attendees to provide feedback on their experiences and to clear up any questions they may have.
The two-day classroom will cover these main subject areas. The course is interspersed with short exercises and opportunities to practise the subjects taught. Everyone in the room will present in front of the class several times.
